Its aims at researching the background about e-leadership skills, theories and pedagogical approaches for web enhanced training, best practices, mapping OERs.
Collection of sources on the topic of e-Leadership and innovative pedagogical approaches for web enhanced soft skills teaching/learning, including critical review and recommendations for shaping the Academy.

Selection of 10 good practices in teaching soft skills using Web3.0 and 5 case study presentation, with recommendations for shaping the Academy concerning Web3.0 teaching strategies and methods for developing soft e-leadership skills.

Short list of most diffused or tested open source Learning management systems and the selection of the “best performing” three with detailed description of functionalities and requirements, plus a preliminary selection of OERs that could be used within the Academy.

Presentation of the main findings from the questionnaire survey, the interviews and the focus groups carried out within the primary and secondary target groups, with the final findings of the survey and some recommendations for shaping the Academy.

Work Package 4 “Design & Deployment”
Thi WP is leaded by Coventry University.
Its aims at the macro and micro-designing of the Lead3.0 Academy, its virtual learning platform and the Trainers’ Toolkit.
Description of program target groups (managers and students), the learning objectives for each target group, detailed presentation of contents and related OER needed for each target group and duration, teaching strategies, and assessment and certification methods.

Work Package 7 “Promotion & Dissemination”
This WP is leaded by Gruppo Pragma.
Its objectives are to mainstream project scope and activities at EU and national level to raise awareness on the project, to help beneficiaries in participating, to support the dissemination of project outcomes and the take up of the results.
The dissemination materials include the project look&feel (including logo and graphic identity), brochures (e form and own paper printed copies - 900; 100 per partner) and press pack, with some standard press communication.
