Advancis Business Services and Católica Porto Business School co-host a seminar with Professor Dirk Van Dierendonck.

The presentation will give an overview of the current state-of-the art of Servant Leadership theory and research. After a short historical background of servant leadership, its key characteristics will be presented and the results from the most relevant studies that have been conducted so far.
